Where are you located?

We are an online boutique. Our headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA. 

Do you offer local pickup? 

At this time we do not offer local pickup.

Can I Exchange An Item?

Thank you for your online purchase!  We understand that items may look and fit differently once you get them.  If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 3 business days for a STORE CREDIT (less shipping fees) or exchange (less shipping fees). Customers will not receive a refund but will be issued a store credit. 

Your store credit will be in the form of a coupon. Once your return has been received, you will receive an email with coupon details. Pending returned items have been received in the same condition they were sent. The coupon will be activated immediately.

Do I Have to Pay for My Return?

Yes, customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returns. Please also keep in mind when your coupon is being issued we are unable to credit the original shipping fees. Click here to begin your return process. 

How long does shipping take?

Due to unpredictable delays caused by the COVID 19 pandemic, we are not quoting exact delivery times at this moment. All orders are shipped and processed within 2-5 business days, and most customers receive their items within 3-7 business days.

My tracking says my order was delivered by I didn't get it. What should I do about my missing package?

If for some reason your package is missing, we suggest contacting your local post office responsible for delivering your mail immediately. They will be able to contact the carrier responsible for delivering your mail, and get more information. If no resolution is found, we suggest opening a missing mail claim with USPS.   

Also, contact our customer service department to make us aware of what's going on, so that we can also open a claim on our end if need be.
